Service description

namepick is a free baby name discovery platform. We provide name search, tools (poster, certificate, song, numerology, etc.), and community features (polls, guestbooks).

User content

By submitting content (name suggestions, guestbook entries, comments), you grant namepick a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit offensive, harmful, or misleading information.

Accuracy

Name meanings, origins, and related information are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it. Famous people data is sourced from Wikidata and Wikipedia.

Limitations

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of namepick. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Prohibited use

• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• Abuse of API endpoints or rate limits
• Submitting spam, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonating others in guestbooks or profiles
